This Learning and Life Skills Development Program provides support for individuals to access and engage in community-based activities and education. The program assists in developing skills and independence in a variety of life areas, including: self-help, social skills, employment, leisure and social interaction.

Connections has the capacity to service self-directed funding packages, respite packages and brokerage, and/or sub-contracted packages funded through the government, other organisations or self-funded individuals or families.

Connections also provides education and training to the community, including:

​Healthy Minds at Work – this is a training programs designed for staff and management to gain skills and knowledge in managing and supporting people with a mental illness in the workplace.

​NDIS – Better Prepared – Training can be provided for staff, Management or Board members in understanding and pre planning for the NDIS.
