At Connections Inc. we have over 20 years’ experience and have developed special skills in supporting people with a diverse range of needs, includinlearning disabilitiesautismphysical disabilitiesacquired brain injuries and mental health needs.

Our wonderful team of trained and qualified Support Workers regularly review goal action plans to meet changing needs, and we encourage the people we support to play a role in shaping their own support.
