Key to our individual support services, is our wonderful team of trained and qualified Support Workers
who focus on your particular needs and goals.
At Connections Inc, we have over 20 years’ experience and have developed special skills
in supporting Participants especially those with mental health needs.
We are also very skilled in supporting participants who have other
needs including:

- Intellectual
- Behavioural
- Developmental
- Cognitive
- Autism spectrum
- Dementia
- Sensory
- Amputee
- Spinal
Eligibility: Connections can support people who have a current NDIS plan.
Community Access
We at Connections enjoy supporting Participants to access the
community to:
- Make new friends
- Find new social groups, interests and sporting activities
- Develop new life skills
- Keep fit and healthy
- Attend events
- Weekly shopping
- Practice food prep and budgeting
- Attend appointments
- Stay connected with family and friends
- Attend groups
- Explore volunteer opportunities
- Explore employment
- Explore educational opportunities
- Visit new places and try new things
